Long Beach Fresh released its annual report, highlighting the year’s activities, partnerships, and collaborative efforts toward food security and local food system development in Long Beach, California.

Long Beach Fresh is a non-profit organization founded in Long Beach, California, focusing on connecting community members to quality, nutritious, culturally relevant, affordable food, while boosting local efforts to increase sustainable food’s supply.
Tony Damico, who also co-directs the organization.

Long Beach Fresh also launched its Sustain LB Fresh campaign, in hopes of securing funding for 2023’s operations. They’re inviting peer fundraisers to help bolster the campaign. The organization is planning the launch of a local food volunteering portal to come in January 2023 as well!
