Composting Input Sought, Prizes Offered!

Long Beach Fresh, a community-based non-profit organization, is seeking input on composting via a short, new survey.

The survey results are intended to inform City-level decision makers as local government works to come into compliance with new California mandates for organics collection.

Survey participants through the end of May will be entered into an opportunity drawing with prizes from an array of local businesses, including Bel Canto Books, Feel Good Salsa, BYO Long Beach, What’s Crackin’ LBC, Gusto Bread, Long Beach Creamery, VBurger, Berlin Bistro, Portfolio Coffeehouse, Salud Juice, Art by Suri, and Little Coyote.

In addition to taking the survey, locals are highly encouraged to share it using the image and sample text below.
